If your child is going on an overseas trip we will request that you upload copies of your child's passport and EHIC/GHIC card.
To do this please click the link in the EduLink message that we send you to securely upload a photo or scan of these.
You can do this directly from a phone and take pictures, or use a computer if you're uploading scans.
Please see more detailed steps below:
If you have the OneDrive app on your phone you can expect to see the following message - this is fine, please continue by clicking 'Open item'.
You'll then be taken to a page which will confirm the trip that we are requesting files for.
This page often doesn't resize on phones - just scroll to the right a little to get to the middle of the page.
Once you tap 'Select files' you'll then be given 3 options to upload - choose either 'Camera' to take photos of the documents directly, or you can choose 'Photos and videos' to locate and upload a file that's already present on your device.
Please don't select 'Camera Video', we don't want video files uploading!
You can upload multiple files by tapping the 'Add more files' option - presumably 2 files, one for the Passport and one for the EHIC/GHIC. If you have a Passport but haven't applied for the EHIC/GHIC yet, you can upload the Passport now and upload the EHIC/GHIC later on using the same link (you won't still see the Passport when you return to add the EHIC/GHIC later on).
The only other thing to complete is 'First name' and 'Last name', please ensure you enter your child's name here so we can easily locate the uploaded files.
Then press 'Upload' to finish.
