Firstly, Find your settings application within you phone, then open up the settings application

When within the settings scroll down till you find a sections which says notifications

When you have opened up the notification section scroll down till you find the EduLink One app.

Once, in the Edulink one notification location please make sure that the allow notifications to turn on. And also make sure you have lock screen, notification centre and banners all ticked.

Open your phones settings by pulling down from the top and clicking on the cog symbol in the top right corner.

Open the Notifications option and then select the See all option at the bottom of the Recently sent list

Click on the option Most Recent and change to All then scroll down (or search) to find EduLink One.

Toggle on the option for EduLink One to enable notifications
